NATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Our national shipments are made on Mondays and Fridays, depending on availability*.
They cost $145 (or FREE with a minimum purchase of $999) and are shipped via FedEx, Estafeta, or DHL.
They take 2 to 7 business days to arrive after we send you your tracking number.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so we can follow up.
If holidays fall on Mondays or Fridays, your order will be shipped immediately the next day.
LOCAL SHIPPING
Our local shipments, only within the city of Querétaro, are made by TALENTO NATIVO. All you have to do is select the "pick up in store" option, and we'll notify you by email when you can pick up your products. This delivery method is completely FREE.
When you arrive at our point of sale, go to the counter and pick up your products, with your name on it.
If holidays fall on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, your order will be shipped immediately the following day.
IMPORTANT: If you would like your delivery to be made to your home, even if you live in the city of Querétaro, you can select the Domestic Delivery option for $145 or FREE for a minimum purchase of $999.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our international shipments are made on Mondays and Fridays, depending on availability*.
The cost varies depending on the address. This quote is provided directly to the shipping company: FedEx, and the price is shown in Mexican pesos.
They take up to 15 business days to arrive, from the time we send you your tracking number and depending on the destination country.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so we can follow up.
If Mexican holidays fall on Monday or Friday, your order will ship immediately the next day.
ATTENTION: International orders MAY be subject to taxes and handling fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the costs as they vary from country to country. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to find out if you will incur additional charges and how much they will be. This way, there will be no surprises when you receive your order.

RETURNS
At PIMENTA, for hygiene reasons and due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns once the order has been processed and delivered. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction at all times. Claims for manufacturing defects
If for any reason you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to notify us. Contact us by email: hola@pimentasocks.com or DM: @pimentasocks .
To process a claim, the product must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. Please provide clear photographs of the defect so our team can quickly assess it.
Exclusions of liability
PIMENTA is not responsible for the following damages:
1.- Improper use or natural wear and tear of the product.
2.- Damage caused by excessive stretching, chafing or misuse.
3.- Products that have been used, washed or altered after delivery.
We will not accept claims after 7 calendar days from delivery. After this time, we assume the product was received in perfect condition.

DELAYS
We constantly strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delivery delays. If you experience a delay in your shipment, please keep the following in mind:
1.- Delivery Times: The delivery times we mention are estimates as they may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as force majeure (climate changes, civil unrest, etc.), logistical problems, or errors in the delivery address.
2.- Communication: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us. We're here to help and will keep you updated on the status of your shipment. Remember that, although you can also track your package, PIMENTA is always available to provide support at any time.
3.- Solutions for prolonged delays: If your shipment has not arrived within 15 business days, we will work with you to find the best solution. You can choose between a refund for the products to your bank account or a store credit for the amount of the products.

Domestic shipping takes 2 to 7 business days after we provide your tracking number. Local shipping takes TALENTO NATIVO, we deliver Tuesdays and Wednesdays. See here for more details.

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept exchanges or refunds. =(. BUT, we'll always give you the best solution to any problem you may have. Write to us!
